lounge area leading out to a large entertaining deck with ocean
views and a gas BBQ. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The
home has ducted Air Conditioning for total comfort.

coastal lifestyle. Residents have beaches and bushland at their
disposal and they take maximum advantage of both. Putty Beach is
a firm favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk, which stretches all
the way to Macmasters Beach, is a local go-to. Bouddi National Park
is a natural delight, with walking trails, mountain biking tracks,
fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are a world away from the
daily grind.
