Belvidere Cottage is located on waterfront reserve in picturesque
Pretty Beach. Only 10 minutes level walk to Hardys Bay waterfront
village with cafe’s, restaurant and specialty shops. This stylish
holiday house overlooks the picturesque Brisbane Waters and its
clever design allows you to take full advantage of the soothing
water views from most windows. A beautiful deck invites alfresco
dining and the home caters for entertaining in a relaxed setting. All
bedrooms come with their own portable fan and heater.

If you are feeling energetic you can walk down the rear steps to the
waterfront reserve which links Pretty Beach to Hardy’s Bay. In one
direction is the public tennis court and boat ramp and the other
direction offers the food, wine and shopping of Hardys Bay. Surfing,
swimming, bushwalking and fishing are a few of features of this
beautiful peninsula.

Pretty Beach is the charming centre of the Bouddi Peninsula with
amazing bushwalks through the National Park.

Please note there is no garage at this property, off street parking.

Picturesque and peaceful, Killcare, Pretty Beach and Hardys Bay
offer an idyllic coastal lifestyle. Residents have beaches and
bushland at their disposal and they take maximum advantage of
both. Putty Beach is a firm favourite, and the Bouddi Coastal Walk,
which stretches all the way to Macmasters Beach, is a local go-to.
Bouddi National Park is a natural delight, with walking trails,
mountain biking tracks, fishing spots and beautiful beaches that are
a world away from the daily grind.

Killcare Village caters to basic shopping and service needs and
features an art gallery, general store, hair salon, and boutique
shops. It is afactor in the low-key, community feel the suburb is
known for, and bigger shopping malls are just a short drive away.
When it comes to dining, Killcare and Hardys Bay is a hidden
hotspot. There are fine dining restaurants like The Wild flower Bar &
Dining(located inside Bells at Killcare), as well as relaxed beachside
eateries such as The Fat Goose and Hardys Bay Bistro.
